06/10/2016 - French Labor Law and the new "Loi Travail" - The seminars proposed by the Labor Team

Granrut Law Firm develops new services for its foreign clients : the interactive training modules about French Labor Law.

In order to assist French or foreign clients in the daily management of their employment relationships, Granrut Law Firm developed “tailor-made” training modules about French Labor Law.

These 1-day modules are held in English or in French and spread beyond the legal news aspects. They are designed for the satisfaction of our clients’ organizational and management needs.

The awareness of the French Labor Law and the presentation of the new “Loi Travail”.

Held by Caroline Luche-Rocchia and Julien Perdrizot-Renault, lawyers and experts in Labor Law, HR and management packages, these interactive modules are a good opportunity to approach in a simple, fun and convivial way (notably throughout quizzes and “best practices” discussions) the outline of the French Labor Law since the adoption of the new “Loi Travail”.

Different themes are approached, such as : the employment contract, the working conditions, the professional training, the performance and termination of the employment contract, the remuneration and mobility of the employees, the disciplinary power of the employer, the missions and operating of the staff representatives. Not forgetting the new changes provided for under the Professional Training Reform, the “Loi Rebsamen”, “Loi Macron”, “Loi Travail” and the evolution of the court actions in France and the conflicts between employer / employee / staff representatives.

The “tailor-made” training sessions adapted to the company

Each training module is modeled and shaped according to the past, activity and future prospects of the company.

Recently, on Thursday October 6, 2016, two 2-hour sessions were successfully offered to British clients having acquired a French subsidiary. Seeking to understand the actual legal regulations and to secure their employment relationship management at the new French entity, our clients expressed a strong interest in our interactive training modules.
