    The Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (JIPLP) has published a review, written by Richard Milchior, of the book :

    This thick book comprises three parts of unequal length. An introduction, a big chapter entitled ‘Developing SM and social network (SN) issues’. SM stands here for ‘social media’ even if other meanings could be used for this acronym, which is used hundreds of times in the book. The third part is a country-by-country study where the writers (of whom there are between one and six, depending on the jurisdiction) answered the same questionnaire.
